Temporary road closure tomorrow, Wednesday, on the Mi'ar Shaker–Manṭar bridge road in Tartus to replace a ferry

Tartus' technical services directorate announced the closure of the central road between Mi'ar Shaker bridge and Manṭar on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, to complete replacing the ferry with a box-type ferry to reduce flood risks. The closure covers a 100-metre stretch west of the Sara mills.
