Oil rises after new Houthi attack and OPEC+ on the eve of Sunday's decision

Brent crude futures rose $1.48, or 1.3%, to $115.36 a barrel by 01:40 GMT, while US West Texas Intermediate gained $1.22 to $101.12. The attack on a Saudi refinery revived concerns over supply risks in the Middle East amid the conflict with Iran and its allied groups.

Yemen's Houthi movement (Ansar Allah), which controls Sanaa and much of the north, has been in conflict with a Saudi-led coalition since 2015. Saudi Arabia is one of the world's largest crude oil exporters.
