Wednesday weather: rain, floods and hail in 11 regions, sea winds over 60 km/h

The National Center of Meteorology forecasts moderate to heavy thunderstorms that will cause flash floods in parts of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah, Madinah, Hail, Tabuk, Al-Jawf and the northern border area, with lighter rain over Qassim and the Eastern Province. It also expects active winds, blowing dust, fog and higher waves in the Red Sea and the Arabian Gulf.
