Iran: System launched for reporting violations of citizens' rights within the judiciary

Iran ·

Iran's judiciary has officially launched a system for recording and tracking reports of violations of citizens' rights. Citizens can submit complaints and grievances through the portal named SAME. The judiciary's first deputy said individuals who feel their rights were not upheld in any case can use the system to file a report with the competent bodies.

Iran's judiciary is the state body responsible for courts and prosecutions, and how it handles citizens' complaints has long been a subject of debate inside Iran and abroad.
