Series of airstrikes targets Shamayatain district in Taiz governorate

Residents of the southwest of Taiz governorate reported a series of air raids on the Shamayatain district, amid anxiety and worry among the local population.

Yemen has been in conflict since 2014 between the internationally recognised government, backed by a Saudi-led coalition, and the Houthi movement (Ansar Allah), which controls Sanaa and much of the north.
