European woman exploits two foreign women's need for money and forces them into prostitution

Bahrain's Supreme Criminal Court of Appeal upheld a first-instance ruling sentencing a European defendant to three years in prison and a fine of 2,000 dinars. The court found she had brought two foreign women to Bahrain under the pretext of job offers, forced them into prostitution and seized their earnings. It also upheld her obligation to pay the cost of returning the victims home and ordered her permanent deportation.
