Israeli far-right minister says Eisenkot-led government would ‘paralyse’ his party’s work

Israel ·

Itamar Ben-Gvir, Israel's National Security Minister, spoke to supporters at his Otzma Yehudit party headquarters. He said a government led by Gadi Eisenkot's Yashar party would paralyse his party's work, and praised the party's performance in Tuesday's vote.

Gadi Eisenkot, a former military chief of staff, leads the Yashar party, while Itamar Ben-Gvir heads the far-right Otzma Yehudit party, which has been part of Netanyahu's governing coalition.
